On 12 April 2023, the Ministry of Economy and Finance has posted an announcement on the instruction of the royal government of Cambodia on measures to support the development of construction and real estate in borey on their official social media site.
According to the announcement, the instruction aims to provide stability in the construction sector that would provide citizens with jobs amidst the global economy’s uncertainty. The instruction also ensure that citizen with medium to low income have the ability to own a house.
